Function: isChartExType()

isChartExType(type): boolean

Is type a chartEx (cx:) chart? Accepts a ChartType/CHART_NAME string; anything else (including a combo-chart ChartMulti[] array or undefined) is not a chartEx type (combos are classic-only), so those return false.
