Interface: ThemeIr

A deck's theme, reduced to what ThemeProps accepts: the 12 a:clrScheme slots and the major/minor Latin, East-Asian and complex-script faces.

What is not here is the point of the tier split. a:fmtScheme (the three fill, three line and three effect style lists a shape's p:style references) has no write-API counterpart and no read accessor, so a theme cannot be reproduced, only approximated.
