Interface: TableConditionFlags
The a:tblPr condition flags that gate which style parts apply to a table. firstRow/bandRow are the ones PowerPoint turns on by default; the rest are off unless the author enabled the corresponding "Header Column" / "Total Row" / "Banded Columns" toggle.
