Interface: FitParagraph
One paragraph: its runs plus vertical-rhythm options.
The three | undefined members here are deliberate, and the exception to the rule the generator's option bags follow (options-internal.ts): these are measurement records, built in one place by paragraphs.ts and read in one place by the solver below, with ?? and truthiness. Nothing spreads or enumerates them, so a key holding undefined cannot mean anything different from an absent one, and the builder does produce every key on every run. Saying so is more honest than making the builder omit keys nothing distinguishes.
