Type Alias: TableToSlidesHost

TableToSlidesHost = object

What tableToSlides needs a presentation to be: somewhere to put slides, and a layout to size them against. Structural on purpose — stating the two members rather than naming the class is what lets the free function on pptx-ts/html take any presentation instance (Node, browser, or standalone) without the entry importing one.
