Interface: FitParagraph

One paragraph: its runs plus vertical-rhythm options.

The three | undefined members here are deliberate, and the exception to the rule the generator's option bags follow (options-internal.ts): these are measurement records, built in one place by paragraphs.ts and read in one place by the solver below, with ?? and truthiness. Nothing spreads or enumerates them, so a key holding undefined cannot mean anything different from an absent one — and the builder does produce every key on every run. Saying so is more honest than making the builder omit keys nothing distinguishes.
