Type Alias: Cause

Cause = "unread" | "unwritable" | "unsupported"

Which side of the library is responsible. Recording this is what makes the notes actionable rather than merely honest: unread and unwritable are bugs waiting to be fixed in a specific subsystem, while unsupported is a property of OOXML or of the chosen output tier and will not be fixed by more converter work.
