Per-row height (inches) aligned 1:1 with rows, derived from the original rowH array. Auto-paging splits/reorders rows across slides and inserts repeated headers, so the caller's rowH[i] (keyed by original row index) can no longer be applied by physical row index on each generated slide. This carries each output row's resolved height so a configured height follows its source row instead of being re-applied to whatever lands at that index. Entries are undefined where no explicit height was configured (auto-distributed height).
