Interface: CanonicalChrome

The deck's chrome, reduced the same way its slides are.

Included for one reason: without it the diff cannot see the standalone tier's whole job. That tier re-authors the theme and one master per source layout, and a projection that covers only slides would report a printer emitting neither as a clean round trip — the same shape of hole mutation testing found in added differences, one level up. A template-anchored output compares equal here by construction, which is the claim that tier makes and is worth checking rather than assuming.
