Identity of one font inside a font file, as read from its name table.

Properties

family?

readonly optional family?: string

name ID 1, e.g. 'MS PGothic'. Absent when the table has no readable record.

name ID 4, e.g. 'MS PGothic'.

Position in the file: 0 for a plain TTF/OTF, 0..n-1 inside a collection.
