Function: resetDiagnosticState()
resetDiagnosticState():
void
Clear the warnOnce dedupe set, so a condition already reported reports again. (warnOnce is internal and carries no page of its own, so it is named rather than linked.)
Call it between builds in a host that builds more than one deck per process and wants each build's diagnostics complete. Without it, deck two is silent about anything deck one already warned for, which reads as "no problems found" rather than as "already mentioned".
It also bounds the set. Most warnOnce messages interpolate the offending value, so a server building decks from user input accumulates one entry per distinct bad value with no way to release them.
This does not touch the handler — setDiagnosticHandler owns that, and the two are reset independently on purpose: a host usually installs its handler once and wants it to survive.
